Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, this timeframe may vary by order and your specific delivery time will be clearly displayed at checkout and on your order invoice.
Please note that working days exclude all weekends and bank holidays.
For the avoidance of doubt, as the actual delivery of the Products is carried out by third party couriers, the Company shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to additional delivery charges which the Company shall be entitled to charge the Buyer, the Company shall arrange for such Products to be delivered to the Buyer at specific dates and/or times as may be requested by the Buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the Buyer agrees that risk or loss or damage of Products passes to the Buyer on upon delivery of the Products or on the date of first attempted delivery by the Company.
Goods must be checked and any damages reported within 24 hours of receipt. Details must be confirmed in writing by email to hello@automobiliamagpie.com to qualify for any compensation to be considered.
If the Company is unable to effect delivery due to any fault of the Buyer, the Buyer may incur additional delivery charges.
Commissioned Sales
In the case of commissioned sales, We (Automobilia Magpie) are not liable for delivery. The delivery is the responsibility of the 3rd party seller. Any claims relating to delivery will be forwarded onto the seller.
